BELLA VISTA WRESTLING

Every wrestler needs to be cleared on Sportsnet before they can practice.  Information and a link are on the current team information under the parent section of the website.

All practices are mandatory for every single wrestler.  If someone is going to going to miss practice, they need to tell me ahead of time. Wrestlers need to bring wrestling shoes, running shoes, and water to every single practice.  I randomly put the team on a run on the pavement and they need good running shoes for that.  Make sure to pay attention to Thursdays.  My schedule changes depending on the week.  Practice will end at 5:45 but clean up and post practice speech will take around 15 minutes. ​​​​​​​​​​​​

Practice Schedule 1/19/26 - 1/23/26

• Monday, 1/19/26​

  • No School

  • Optionally Mandatory practice 9 am - 11 am in the Small Gym

• Tuesday, 1/20/26​​

  • Practice in the small gym 3:45 - 5:45.  Guest clinician from Japan is running practice. 

• Wednesday, 1/21/26

  • Dual meet at Vista Del Lago - everyone.  Early dismissal 3 pm and bus leaves 3:15 pm

• Thursday, 1/22/26

  • Practice 2:15 - 4:15 in the small gym​

  • Boys varsity will leave right after school for Gilroy and practice at Gilroy HS

• Friday, 1/23/26

  • Practice 3:45 - 5:45 in the small gym​​

  • Girls will leave for Gilroy in the morning

• Varsity boys: Mid Cals at Gilroy HS Thursday - Saturday

• Girls: Mid Cals at Gilroy HS Firday/Saturday

• JV boys: Del Oro Tournament
