2024-2025- Team/Match Schedule

Varsity = Best wrestler at each weight class no matter what grade in school.  Our lineup will change throughout the season and is not set in stone.  

 

Girls = In the past, girls' tournaments did not have JV or Varsity brackets, but now that there are so many girls competing throughout California many tournaments are starting to divide brackets up between JV and Varsity.  All of our girls will compete at the varsity level at the girls' tournaments this season.

2025/2026 Match Schedule

  • All League duals have weigh-ins at 4:30 pm, JV starts at 5:30 pm, and Varsity begins shortly after JV ends.

  • League duals are listed in bold, as well as other important events. 

  • Tournament start times will be posted each week on the Parents - Weekly Team Update

  • This schedule can change at any moment so please stay flexible.  Things happen.

October 21:        Weight Management Test - 3:30 in large gym annex.  $10 cash per wrestler. This test is mandatory                                            for every wrestler in the country.  

November 3:       First day of practice

November 14:     Parent Meeting 

  • 6:30 -8:00 pm starting in the cafeteria I will speak to you in the cafeteria about the season, hotels, and how you can help with our 2 fundraisers. 

  • When I'm done, we will all walk to the Atrium and you will watch our team go through a 45 minute, modified wrestling practice

November 6:     Weight Management Test make up for those who missed the first one; 11 amin large gym annex.  $10 cash                               per wrestler. This test is mandatory for every wrestler in the country. If someone missed the first test this                                   is our make up date.

November 26:       Scrimmage at Casa Roble HS (Everybody) (Practice begins at 10 am sharp, arrive early)

November 29:       Rocklin Dual Tournament @ Rocklin High School (Varsity with some extras)

November 29:       Rio Linda JV Tournament (JV boys)

November 29:       Folsom Tournament (girls)

December 5/6:     Vacaville Duals  (Varsity boys with a couple extras)

December 6:         Casa Roble Tournament (Girls and JV boys)

December 10:       Bella Vista at Inderkum Dual Meet (EVERYBODY)
December 13:       Elk Grove Tournament  (Varsity boys)

December 13:       Lincoln HS Tournament in Lincoln, CA (Girls)

December 19/20:  West Coast TOC in Roseville (girls)

December 20:           Whitney Tournament (JV Team)

December 20:           Casa Roble Tournament (Var) 

December 19/20:     Zinkin Tournament @ Buchanan HS in Fresno (small varsity group)

January 3:              Quarry Queen Tournament (Whitney High School in Rocklin - Girls) 

January 3/4          Doc Buchanan (Clovis High School) This is a National Level tournament and wrestlers must be ranked in state to be invited

January 3/4:         Escalon Tournament @ Escalon High School (Varsity and some extras)

January 8:              Picture day. We will starting immediately after school at 2:15 in the Large Gym Annex. Please bring singlets/order forms. 

January 9/10:     Tim Brown Memorial (Memorial Auditorium, Sacramento - Varsity boys)

January 11:            Vista Del Lago Tournament (JV boys)

January 14:         Bella Vista at Rio Americano Dual Meet (Everybody)

January 17:            Mesa Verde Tournament (Girls)

Jan.16, 17, 18   Bella Vista Winter Classic (EVERYBODY - FRIDAY NIGHT, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY)

January 21*:         Bella Vista at Vista Del Lago Dual Meet (Everybody)

January 23/24     Mid-Cals wrestling Tournament (Gilroy High School) (we will bring about half of a varsity team)

January 23:           Carnegie vs. Arden dual at Carnegie.  Team will meet at BV and jog to Carnegie together and watch this dual

January 24:          County Classic Wrestling Tournament at Argonaut HS (JV boys and all girls)

January  27*:       Woodcreek at Bella Vista Dual Meet (SENIOR NIGHT and ALUMNI NIGHT)

January  31:          Section Duals Tournament (Varsity boys plus some extras)(Lincoln of Stockton High School)

February 7:          CVC League Championships (Rio Americano High School)

February 13/14:   Girls Regional Championships (Foothill High School - but they might change it if they find a better facility)

February 14:         Boys Division II Section Championships (Vista Del Lago High School).  â€‹

February 20/21:   Masters Championships - Boys and Girls (Stockton Arena) (hotel on Thursday night and Friday night)
