BELLA VISTA WRESTLING

Every wrestler needs to be cleared on Sportsnet before they can practice.  Information and a link are on the current team information under the parent section of the website.

All practices are mandatory for every single wrestler.  If someone is going to going to miss practice, they need to tell me ahead of time. Wrestlers need to bring wrestling shoes, running shoes, and water to every single practice.  I randomly put the team on a run on the pavement and they need good running shoes for that.  Make sure to pay attention to Thursdays.  My schedule changes depending on the week.  Practice will end at 5:45 but clean up and post practice speech will take around 15 minutes. ​​​​​​​

Practice Schedule 1/20/25 - 1/24/25

• Monday, 1/20/25

  • No School

  • Optionally mandatory practice from 12 - 2 pm in the Atrium (for kids who missed a day last week or over break)

• Tuesday, 1/21/25

  • Practice 3:45 - 6 pm in the Atrium

  Wednesday, 1/22/25

  • Dual meet at Woodcreek

  • Bus takes team from BV (3:45 pm) and takes us back to BV after the dual

  Thursday, 1/23/25

  • Practice in the small gym 2:30 - 4:30 (not going to Carnegie today.  I moved it to 2/6/25)

  • Varsity boys leave for Gilroy right after school

• Friday, 1/24/25​

  • Practice 3:45 - 6 pm in the small gym

  • Varsity boys: Mid-Cals @ Gilroy HS 

  • Girls: JV girls at Del Oro

  • JV boys: Finding a tournament.
