The Preseason is HERE!  Winter is coming!  

Every wrestler needs to be cleared on Sportsnet before they can practice.  Information and a link are on the current team information under the parent section of the website.  

This Week's Practice Schedule

• Monday, 10/14/24 - wrestling in Atrium 3:45 - 5 pm ish

• Tuesday, 10/15/24 - Plate workout outside of Weight room 3:45 - 4:30 pm ish

• Wednesday, 10/16/24 - wrestling in Atrium 3:45 - 5 pm ish.

The season is here (11/4/24)!

All practices are mandatory for every single wrestler.  If someone is going to going to miss practice, they need to tell me ahead of time. Wrestlers need to bring wrestling shoes, running shoes, and water to every single practice.  I randomly put the team on a run on the pavement and they need good running shoes for that.  Make sure to pay attention to Thursdays.  My schedule changes depending on the week.
